Situated in the beautiful Côte d'Azur at the foothills of the Alps with stunning panoramic views of the Bay of Cannes and the Cap de l'Esterel, Magagnosc is a picturesque Provencal village 5 minutes from Grasse, the perfume capital of the world. It is an excellent base from which to explore the Côte d'Azur and is just 30 minutes from Nice airport. Internationally renowned Cannes, Antibes and St. Paul de Vence are just a short drive away and the Villa is approxiamately an hour from St. Tropez, Monaco and the Italian border. Just 10 minutes by car to the popular tourist village of Valbonne and 15 minutes to the famous village of Mougins. The mountain walks around Gourdon are 10 minutes away thus making this an ideal coast and country location. Whilst road access is excellent, there is a nearby regular bus service between Nice airport and Grasse. 

We are 45 minutes away from the nearest ski resort, Gréolières and there are 3 more excellent ski-resorts, Val d'Allos, Isola 2000 and Auron just an hour and a half away. During the summer months there are many activities to undertake at these resorts from walking, cycling, paragliding, treetop walking and pot-holing. There are several excellent golf courses all within a half hour's drive of Grasse. Many scenic walking trails are close to the Villa including the famous "Balcons de la Côte D'Azur", which contour around the hills of Grasse where the flowers are grown to make perfume. Sail boats can be hired from nearby Cannes and there are all the other popular water sports, e.g., water-skiing, windsurfing, parascending, etc.
